How to Lighten Unwanted Blemishes

Blemishes such as acne, pimples and blackheads on your face can make you self-conscious about your appearance. The blemishes may appear at any time in your life but are more common during the teenage years. While you may not be able to eliminate the blemishes altogether, lighten them so that they appear less noticeable to others and give you more confidence.

 

 

DIY

      1) Wash your face twice a day with a mild cleanser to keep your skin healthy.    Remove all of your makeup each night before bed. Apply a gentle                moisturizer to your face after your cleansing routine.

 

           2) Dip a cotton ball into lemon juice and rub it over your skin blemishes.                        Leave the lemon juice on for about a minute. Rinse off with warm water.                      Lemon juice is a natural bleaching agent that will help to lighten your skin in              problem areas.

 

 

3) Commit yourself to a healthy diet of fruits, vegetables and whole grains to enhance the health and beauty of your skin. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.
